How PlayForge Came to Be

I embarked on my gaming journey at a young age. My first gaming console was a Sega, sent from Australia (a far land I never heard about) because my older cousins got bored of it. And boy oh boy when I tell you that it blew my mind, it did way more than that. My tiny, little brain couldn’t comprehend why would someone get rid of such a glorious thing.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of playing numerous games, but a few hold a special place in my heart. Games like Perfect World International, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Ghost of Tsushima, and a few more, with their captivating narratives and immersive gameplay.

I’ve forged lasting friendships and bonded with gamers through shared experiences. Whether teaming up for epic battles or discussing strategy in online forums, the gaming community has been an integral part of my journey. Gaming has been more than just a hobby; it’s been a source of joy, creativity, and connection. It has provided solace during challenging times and offered a platform for forging bonds with like-minded people.

Because of that, I always envisioned having a website for everything gaming-related, a source of information, and a fun place to visit daily to find out all the fantastic things about your interests. And that’s how PlayForge came to be.
