Dream Gaming Setup (Desktop, Components, Decor & More)
I’m a strong believer that everybody should do whatever makes them happy in life. I’m a very passionate guy and I do tend to try out a lot of new stuff for the fun of it.
It just so happens gaming is one of those things that I find enormously entertaining and joy-filling. And if you are remotely like me, you find yourself dreaming about how your gaming room or office would look one day. If yes, then you’ll love the list I put together below.
Now keep in mind that the price of some of these things is outrageous but for that reason is called a dream setup.
Desktop Computer
For this, I don’t have a specific one but I do know what specs I would like it to have. They are:
- Processor: Intel Core i9-14900K
- RAM: 64GB DDR5
- Graphic card: NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4090
- SSD: 2TB
- HDD: 2TB
Monitor
This is the one I currently use and I couldn’t be happier with it. So I would keep this one and maybe get something a little different as a second monitor like:
Mouse
I’ve heard great things about both, so I would to get either Logitech G703 Lightspeed Wireless or Razer Viper V2 Pro HyperSpeed Wireless.
Mousepad
I really don’t need the mousepad to be anything fancy, just a plain black one for me, please. Here’s the one I’d like:
Keyboard
SteelSeries Apex Pro TKL HyperMagnetic Gaming Keyboard is a highly praised keyboard in the gaming community and it comes with wrist rest.
Headphones
HyperX Cloud II headphones seem comfortable and also they’ve come with a detachable mic, win in my book.
Table
This is the table of my dreams for sure, with a lot of space and no drawers. I don’t like drawers.
Chair
As someone who spends most of the time sitting in front of the screen, my posture isn’t in great shape as it was. Even though I’m working on fixing it, an actual proper chair with nice back support would come in handy. This is one of the things I would love to test out myself before committing to it but the general idea is to look something like this:
Decor
For the walls, I just want a couple of posters of my favorite games. Nothing fancy
It sure is an expensive adventure but who knows, maybe one day. I’m open to suggestions on some of the technical stuff. These are the things I liked after I did research but if you know better, hit me up in the comments.
